Credentials registration forms are available via the conference website. Credentials and proxy forms must be sent to the respective Area Directors with a copy to the D30 Secretary latest by June 30, 2021. For accreditation at the conference, a signed copy of the credentials and proxy forms must be presented. One signed copy must also be kept in your club files. The credentials desk opens on Thursday morning at 8.00 and half an hour before each business meeting.

The gala event for registered participants will take place at the Hôtel Alex on Saturday evening 25, from 18.45 to 24.00. A welcome glass of wine will be offered by the Governor Fabienne Moulin. A 4-course menu and entertainment are provided.
Reservation is required (cost 95.- Euros per person, water & wine at your own expense).
A guided tour, by foot, of the historical village of Zermatt for registered participants is planned for Friday morning 24th of September. Languages offered are English, French and Bulgarian.
For participants and guests arriving on Wednesday September 22 an informal get-together at the restaurant Alex will take place starting from 19.00 until 21.30.
Reservations for this event are required via the registration form.
Please note that conference attendance is NOT required to join the informal get-together. All Zontians and their guests are welcome.

Zermatt is a car-free village. The hotels take care of the reception of their guests at the train station of Zermatt, in principle free of charge, it is enough to call 20' in advance.
The cabs are electric. Numerous companies are at the disposal of the customers 24 hours a day.

Pour les participants inscrits, la réception de bienvenue et le dîner auront lieu le vendredi 24 de 18 h 30 à 22 h 00 à Sunnegga. Sunnegga signifie "coin ensoleillé".
Le trajet en funiculaire entre la station de départ de Zermatt et Sunnegga ne dure que 4,5 minutes. Il traverse un tunnel rocheux à l'intérieur de la montagne et atteint une terrasse ensoleillée offrant une vue imprenable. Là, un apéritif - verre de vin ou eau - offert par le maire de Zermatt sera servi, face au Cervin, où la vue est incomparable. Puis nous prendrons un repas à 3 plats (coût 58.- Euros par personne, eau et vin à votre charge).
Vers 21h30, nous prendrons le funiculaire pour retourner à Zermatt et 6 minutes à pied jusqu'à l'hôtel Alex.

Zermatt est un village sans voiture. Vous pouvez vous rendre en voiture à Täsch (5 km de Zermatt). De là, vous pouvez prendre la navette ferroviaire ou utiliser un service de taxi ou de limousine pour vous rendre à Zermatt.
Le terminal officiel de Täsch offre 2'100 places de parking couvertes. Mais Zonta a réservé des places de parking auprès d'un fournisseur privé (en face du terminal) : Parkhaus - Taxi Rocky - tél +41 27 967 40 30, pour le prix de CHF 10.- par jour.
A Täsch, vous devez changer pour le train navette qui circule toutes les 20' entre Täsch-Zermatt. Le chargement individuel et facile des bagages peut être utilisé du Terminal à la gare de Zermatt (chariots gratuits, caution de CHF 5.-)
