Credentials registration forms are available via the conference website. Credentials and proxy forms must be sent to the respective Area Directors with a copy to the D30 Secretary latest by June 30, 2021. For accreditation at the conference, a signed copy of the credentials and proxy forms must be presented. One signed copy must also be kept in your club files. The credentials desk opens on Thursday morning at 8.00 and half an hour before each business meeting.

The gala event for registered participants will take place at the Hôtel Alex on Saturday evening 25, from 18.45 to 24.00. A welcome glass of wine will be offered by the Governor Fabienne Moulin. A 4-course menu and entertainment are provided.
Reservation is required (cost 95.- Euros per person, water & wine at your own expense).
A guided tour, by foot, of the historical village of Zermatt for registered participants is planned for Friday morning 24th of September. Languages offered are English, French and Bulgarian.
For participants and guests arriving on Wednesday September 22 an informal get-together at the restaurant Alex will take place starting from 19.00 until 21.30.
Reservations for this event are required via the registration form.
Please note that conference attendance is NOT required to join the informal get-together. All Zontians and their guests are welcome.

Zermatt is a car-free village. The hotels take care of the reception of their guests at the train station of Zermatt, in principle free of charge, it is enough to call 20' in advance.
The cabs are electric. Numerous companies are at the disposal of the customers 24 hours a day.

For registered participants, the Welcome reception and dinner will take place on Friday 24 from 18.30 to 22.00 on Sunnegga. Sunnegga means "sunny corner".
The ride on the funicular from the starting station in Zermatt to Sunnegga takes only 4.5 minutes. It runs through a rock tunnel inside the mountain and reaches a sunny terrace with a breathtaking view. There, an aperitif - glass of wine or water - offered by the Mayor of Zermatt will be served, facing the Matterhorn, where the view is incomparable. Then we will have a 3-course meal (cost 58.- Euros per person, water & wine at your own expense).
Around 21.30 we will take the funicular back to Zermatt and 6 minutes by foot to Alex Hotel.

Zermatt è un villaggio senza auto. Puoi guidare fino a Täsch (5 km da Zermatt). Da lì, si può prendere il treno navetta o utilizzare un servizio di taxi o limousine per arrivare a Zermatt.
Il terminal ufficiale di Täsch offre 2'100 posti auto coperti. Ma Zonta dispone di parcheggi riservati con un fornitore privato (di fronte al terminal): Parkhaus - Taxi Rocky - tel +41 27 967 40 30, al prezzo di CHF 10.- al giorno.
A Täsch bisogna cambiare con il treno navetta che passa ogni 20' tra Täsch-Zermatt. Il carico individuale e facile dei bagagli può essere utilizzato dal Terminal alla stazione ferroviaria di Zermatt (carrelli gratuiti, deposito CHF 5.-).
